4. Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products purchased if a return request is made more than one week after delivery. Furthermore, no returns will be accepted if the product has been mishandled by the client or if the reason for the return is due to a mistake made by the client. Please review your order carefully and inspect your items upon delivery.

5. Referral and Commission Program Policy

Our referral program is designed to reward you for spreading the word. All users receive a unique referral code upon signing up.

Referral Bonus

When a new user signs up using your referral code and completes their first purchase of ₦5,000 or more, a ₦500 bonus will be credited to your Store Credit balance.

Commission on Sales

You will earn a commission on every purchase made by a user who signed up with your code. The commission rates are as follows:

  • Tier 1: 20% commission on purchases made by your first 4 referred users.
  • Tier 2: 5% commission on purchases made by your 5th referred user and onwards.

Withdrawals & Fund Availability

Your earnings from referrals and commissions are subject to a 5 working day holding period after the referred user's order is delivered and confirmed without dispute. This is to ensure the transaction is complete and satisfactory. Once the holding period is over, the funds are available in your commission balance. You may request a withdrawal from your commission balance once it reaches a minimum of ₦1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-4 working days.

Fraud Policy

We maintain a strict anti-fraud policy. Any fraudulent activity detected, either by you or by users you have referred, will result in immediate consequences. This can include, but is not limited to, the forfeiture of all your referral bonuses and commission earnings. If fraudulent activity is linked back to you, you may be penalized, which can include the permanent deactivation of your account and loss of all funds.
